Meet Kofi Kinney, M.Ed.

Kofi Kinney, M.Ed., is a dedicated educator, leadership coach, and consultant with a passion for developing strong, sustainable educational systems. With over 25 years in education, she has worked with teachers, school leaders, and district administrators to design strategic approaches to educator development. Her expertise spans leadership coaching, instructional design, and program development, helping schools and districts create environments that support teacher retention, instructional excellence, and long-term success. Through partnerships with schools, districts, and universities, Kofi equips leaders with the tools to build systems that empower educators at all stages of their careers.

As the founder of New Teachers on the Block LLC, Kofi focuses on ensuring new teachers receive the support they need to thrive in diverse classroom settings. She works with schools and educational institutions to create strategic plans for new teacher development, emphasizing retention, instructional coaching, and leadership training. She brings expertise in program design, action-oriented coaching, and next-generation teacher support.
